Airport to Hotel Transportation

Transportation between the hotel and airport is being provided as part of your Annual Meeting registration. For your safety, please do NOT use any other transportation service other than the one provided.

Once you have made your airline reservation, please visit our transportation service website at: http://iitdmc.com.mx/microsite/ppra/index.php/transportation and register for your transportation to and from the 2019 Annual Meeting. You MUST pre-register for this service.

Meeting Cancellations

Notification must be received by AEMA-ARRA-ISSA headquarters if you have registered for the meeting and subsequently find you will be unable to attend. If registration cancellation is necessary, AEMA-ARRA-ISSA will refund registration fees in accordance with the following schedule:

Cancellation received by January 11, 2019, will receive a full refund less a $25.00 administrative fee.
Cancellation received between January 12, 2019, and February 7, 2019, will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations received February 8, 2019, or later will receive NO refund.
