Check Out What ISSA has Planned for the Annual Meeting

With the 2023 AEMA-ARRA-ISSA Annual Meeting right around the corner, ISSA Program Chair Brad Pearce has been working hard to help plan and make the ISSA Technical Session one not to forget.

The ISSA Technical Session will be held on Thursday, March 2^nd from 10am to 1pm MST. During this session, attendees will hear from Dr. Andrew Braham, University of Arkansas, on the work that the University of Arkansas and ISSA has been doing to develop modules that can be dropped into existing college curriculum. Buzz Powell, NCAT, will provide on significant findings, implementation efforts, and future plans for low and high traffic sections in hot and climates on the pavement preservation research that begin on Lee Road. As the 2023 ISSA President’s Award winner, Matt Ferguson, VSS International, will be provide information on VSS International’s Grand Canyon Project. Attendees will also hear from Ryan Stevens, PE, Engineering Manger for the City of Phoenix.

On Wednesday March 1^st, ISSA welcomes all Past Presidents to the ISSA Past Presidents’ Breakfast meeting from 7-8am MST. ISSA will also host a Membership Committee Meeting from 7:30-8:30am MST, and the ISSA Slurry Systems Workshop will be from 5-6pm MST. ISSA encourages all members to attend the ISSA Business Meeting from 3:30-4:30pm MST.
