Mission: The mission of the Leadership Development Team is to guide new and current members interested in active involvement within ISSA to promote growth and encourage an enthusiastic membership.

Workshop

The 2026 Slurry Systems Workshop will take place in Las Vegas at Palace Station from January 19-22. Learn More!
As an LDT Member, there are tons of opportunities to get involved at the Workshop- from session moderators to hall monitors, there is something for everyone!
- Hall Monitors to help attendees move to presentation rooms, the lunch venue, outside demo, etc.
- Group Leaders for the hands-on session outside on Wednesday and the demo breakout sessions on Thursday
- Moderators for presentations in the general sessions and the smaller breakout sessions to introduce speakers and keep breaks and presentations on schedule
- Facilitators for the panel interview on Tuesday morning

Meetings & Commitments

The LDT holds quarterly virtual meetings and an in-person meeting in January at the Slurry Systems Workshop.
