ISSA President's Award for Excellence

Nominating Criteria

Established in 2000 and created with the beginning of the new millennium in mind, the ISSA President’s Award for Excellence was established to recognize those contracting achievements that exemplify the International Slurry Surfacing Association – the highest quality, workmanship and best standards of practice

Recipients of the award are recognized by all mediums at the association’s disposal to further solidify the association and its members in the road construction industry.

Eligible Nominations

Roadway projects submitted for consideration are judged on the merits of customer satisfaction, innovation, schedule completion and safety.

Submissions for the 2027 President's Award are due no later than November 30, 2026.

Submission form for the 2027 ISSA President's Award will be available Summer 2026.
